Dallas-based Peregrine Energy Partners acquired mineral and royalty interests with more than 1,100 active wells from family offices, corporations and other mineral aggregators.
Peregrine Energy Partners finalized agreements to acquire oil and gas minerals and royalties in six states that include more than 1,100 active wells, the company said. Peregrine did not disclose its purchase price.
Dallas-based Peregrine said its acquisitions included more than 400 net mineral acres in the Delaware Basin.
Overall, the company purchased interests in various counties across California, Colorado, New Mexico, Ohio, Texas and West Virginia. The acquisitions include producing and non-producing oil and gas minerals and royalties.
