According to China Petroleum Network (correspondents Mu Changjun, Tang Bo, Zhou Xingyu), at 1 a.m. on June 27, the CCUS-EGR three-dimensional project (referred to as the Wolong River 3D project) in the Wolong River block of the Sichuan Basin undertaken by Oriental Geophysical Exploration Southwest Branch was efficiently completed.
The Wolong River 3D Project is the first CCUS-EGR pilot project in Sichuan and Chongqing. It is an innovative technology exploration project created by Southwest Oil and Gas Field to implement the carbon reduction requirements of the country and the group company and achieve the "dual carbon" goals.
To promote the implementation of this new project, Southwest Oil and Gas Field, after repeated demonstrations, deployed three-dimensional seismic exploration work with a full coverage area of ??more than 100 square kilometers, a construction area of ??more than 470 square kilometers, and tens of thousands of shots in Dianjiang County, Changshou District of Chongqing and Linshui County of Sichuan.
After Oriental Geophysical Exploration Southwest Geophysical Branch took on the project, it mobilized a first-class team, professional equipment and technical strength, and selected the Class A seismic team with outstanding achievements in mountain exploration - Geophysical Exploration Team 248 to lead the operation and management of the project, and its surveying, drilling, civil explosives, and arrangement engineering teams participated in the construction.
Geophysical Exploration Team 248 accurately "captured" the construction difficulties, sorted out the three major problems of "strong project parameters, densely distributed obstacles, and difficult coordination", formulated and implemented solutions, refined the excitation work of the test gun, optimized the excitation parameters, improved the quality of seismic raw data, and ensured the accuracy of the geological tasks of the target layer.
Focusing on the goal of building a high-quality CCUS-EGR pilot test project, the project implemented an "integrated Party A and Party B" management model, invested 35 survey teams, 120 drilling rigs, and produced more than 30,000 lines. It used an intelligent seismic team system to build a project decision-making and command platform, strengthened the organization of data collection and construction, and strictly managed the quality of the entire life cycle to promote the safe and efficient progress of the project.
During the construction period, in response to the dense underground pipeline network in the work area, the Geophysical Exploration Team 248 established a linkage mechanism with the eight units responsible for pipeline operation and maintenance, and formed 17 line patrol teams to fully grasp the specific directions of the 24 pipelines in the work area, ensuring that the field well determination met the safety distance and improving the one-time pass rate of the measuring points.
According to the geomorphic characteristics of the Sichuan Basin, innovative modular management of seismic source construction was adopted, the seismic source operation area was divided into 30 modules, and the seismic source operation vehicles were flexibly arranged to implement interspersed construction, thereby improving the collection efficiency of the seismic source equipment.
The full array receiving mode was applied for the first time to increase the number of coverage times and improve the imaging effect of the target layer. At the same time, the "mountain well blast source drive system" 2.0 version was upgraded to strengthen the automatic switching and automatic well locking functions of the blast station relay, realize real-time monitoring of the blast station status, determine the priority blast well acquisition area, and minimize the overall interval time of single blast excitation, and improve the acquisition time efficiency by 20%.
The Wolong River 3D project was launched on May 20 and lasted 39 days. By June 27, the field collection work was completed safely and efficiently.
