Software solutions provider PakEnergy LLC has acquired well management servicer Petrosight Inc. to enhance lifecycle well management solutions for the oil and gas industry, according to a Jan. 7 press release.
Calgary, Alberta-based Petrosight owns a cloud-based wellsite management system aimed at bridging the data and reporting gap between the field and office, the release said.
The system is said to simplify drilling complexities, allowing its customers to capture and analyze well data more efficiently, PakEnergy said.
