Neptun钻井平台的海上拖带作业历时三天，参与拖带作业的船只包括“Govsan”号、“Govsan 2”号、“SOCAR 1”号、“Andoga”号、“Shuvalan”号和“Mardakan”号。

The Neptun drilling rig was towed from the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea to Azerbaijan with the participation of vessels from the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO), which is part of AZCON Holding.
The marine towing operation of the Neptun rig took three days. The vessels involved were Govsan, Govsan 2, SOCAR 1, Andoga, Shuvalan, and Mardakan.
As previously reported by PortNews IAA, the same vessels had earlier participated in returning the Saturn drilling rigto Turkmen waters of the Caspian Sea, after it had been transported from Turkmenistan to Azerbaijan in May 2024.
