SLB has acquired Stimline Digital AS, an energy software company focused on well intervention.
The company’s Idex AI platform provides well operators with a visualization application to plan and execute well intervention operations and standardize workflows through every phase, including planning, execution and post-job analysis.
SLB plans to integrate the Idex platform to its data environment and advanced intervention applications for planning and modeling. Users will be able to select the vendor of their choice to perform the intervention.
