近日，中国石化勘探开发公司、中国石化江汉油田公司申报的复兴油田首期探明地质储量——石油2010万吨、天然气123.5亿立方米，通过国家自然资源部核准。
这标志着四川盆地首个页岩油田、重庆首个油田的诞生。
页岩油是蕴藏在富有机质页岩层中的“黑金”。中石化持续加大勘探力度，在大型页岩层中探明了三个重要的新油田。

Recently, the first-phase proven geological reserves of Fuxing Oilfield – 20.1 million t of oil and 12.35 billion m3 of natural gas – submitted by Sinopec Exploration Co. and Sinopec Jianghan Oilfield have been reviewed and approved by China’s Ministry of Natural Resources.
This marks the birth of the first shale oil field in the Sichuan Basin, as well as the first oil field in Chongqing.
Shale oil is the 'black gold' hidden in organic-rich shale formations. Sinopec has continued to expand its exploration efforts and confirmed three major new oil fields in large shale formations.
