10月27日，中海油旗下蓬莱19-3油田5/10区项目正式投产。
蓬莱19-3位于渤海中南部，平均水深30 m。一对井口平台负责生产。中海油总共计划钻探130口开发井，其中87口生产井和43口注水井。该项目预计将于2027年达到峰值产量29,800桶/天。
中海油代表合作伙伴康菲石油中国运营该油田，持有该油田51%的权益，而康菲中国持有该油田49%的权益。
10月26日，中海油宣布南海恩平18-6油田上线。中海油预计该油田产量将于 2024 年达到 9,300 桶/日的峰值产量。

CNOOC Ltd.’s Penglai 19-3 oilfield area 5/10 project has begun producing, the operator announced on Oct. 27.
Penglai 19-3 is located in the south-central Bohai Sea and has an average water depth of 30 m. A pair of wellhead platforms handle the production. In total, CNOOC plans to drill 130 development wells, consisting of 87 production wells and 43 water injection wells. The project is expected to reach peak production of 29,800 bbl/d in 2027.
CNOOC operates the field with 51% interest on behalf of partner ConocoPhillips China, which holds 49% interest.
On Oct. 26, CNOOC announced bringing its Enping 18-6 oil field in the South China Sea online. CNOOC expects that field to reach peak production of 9,300 bbl/d in 2024.
