桑托斯宣布 Sherry Duhe 女士辞去首席财务官 (CFO) 职务，并任命 Lachlan Harris 先生为代理首席财务官。

哈里斯先生将与杜赫女士进行交接。他曾担任 Santos 财务主管兼副首席财务官两年多，此前还曾担任首席财务官。哈里斯先生于 2010 年从毕马威加入 Santos，自此在公司内部的多个风险和财务岗位上积累了丰富的经验。

Santos announced the resignation of Ms Sherry Duhe as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the appointment of Mr Lachlan Harris as Acting CFO.

Mr Harris will be undertaking a handover with Ms Duhe. He has served as Santos Treasurer and Deputy CFO for more than two years and has previously acted in the CFO role. Mr Harris joined Santos from KPMG in 2010 and has had extensive experience in a range of risk and finance roles across the company since then.
