ValTek has donated US$50 000 to the Permian Basin Petroleum Museum, the nation’s largest museum dedicated to the petroleum industry.
ValTek was awarded US$50 000 at the Daniel Energy Partners BBQ Cook-Off in September after being named Grand Champion of the event. The prize money was to be contributed to a charity of the winner’s choice.
The Petroleum Museum, located in Midland, Texas, plans to use the contribution towards the new Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM) Education Center. The new 8000 ft2 building will offer interactive indoor and outdoor learning facilities, which will double the number of student programs offered annually.

We are thrilled to contribute to a local nonprofit organisation in the community ValTek has called home for more than 40 years. Daniel Energy Partners’ annual event was a huge success, and we appreciate their generosity in making this donation possible.”
