Jeff Magids has been appointed as Berry Corp.’s new CFO in replacement of Mike Helm, effective immediately, the company announced Jan. 21.
Helm will continue his position as Berry Corp.’s chief accounting officer.
Magids joins Berry with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in finance, capital markets and M&A. Most recently, Magids served as SilverBow Resources Inc.’s vice president of finance and investor relations (now Crescent Energy Co.).
