This company is expanding its footprint in the Southern Delaware Basin with another acquisition adding a significant inventory runway to its Permian position. VTX Energy Partners CEO Gene Shepherd told us that the deal also compliments the heavy production VTX acquired in the Delaware earlier this year. What will VTX scoop up next?

Black Bear Transmission completed a divestiture of gas gathering assets in Mississippi. The deal included the sale of over 120 miles of natural gas pipelines and eight active metered locations. Black Bear Chief Commercial Officer Scott Langston said the company transferred over 700 miles of pipelines in the past three years.

Energy infrastructure company MDU Resources completed a spinoff of its construction material subsidiary Knife River. The deal allows MDU to continue working toward becoming a pure-play regulated energy delivery company. Meanwhile, Knife River became an independent, publicly traded company through the spinoff.
