ABERDEEN, UK — TechnipFMC has contracted Balmoral Comtec to supply more than 600 buoyancy modules for Equinor’s deepwater Rosebank Field development west of Shetland.

The company will engineer, design and manufacture the modules for installation on flexible risers and umbilicals.

TechnipFMC has an integrated engineering, procurement, construction and installation contract for the project.
