作为该项目的一部分,INTECH 将提供多井口控制面板组件,旨在支持整个油田安全可靠的油井作业。项目范围涵盖井口控制面板 (WHCP) 系统的详细工程设计、制造、组装和配置,该系统包括液压动力单元、井控模块、蓄能器、储油罐和危险区域防护组件。该解决方案包括安全至关重要的HIPPS酸性环境作业配置(配备专用HIPPS阀、气体切断接口和增强型液压容量)以及标准多井控制面板,可根据现场不同的作业和风险要求进行定制。所有系统在发货前都将进行完整的面板级集成、内部测试和客户见证的工厂验收测试(FAT),以验证其液压性能、控制逻辑和安全功能。

INTECH secures Mideast contract for wellhead control panels

INTECH has been awarded a project to supply multi-wellhead control panels for a leading onshore oil field in the Middle East. The scope includes the design, engineering, fabrication, and factory testing of safety-critical wellhead control systems to support reliable operation and enhance control across multiple wells.

INTECH锟絪 wellsite delivery experience spans over three decades, with a proven track record across hundreds of panels, RTUs, and skid packages deployed in diverse geographies and demanding production environments. INTECH锟絪 globally renowned expertise, strategically located state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, and ability to deliver over 900 panels annually at a global scale position it as the partner of choice for wellsite automation packages and solutions.

As part of this project, INTECH will supply multi-wellhead control panel packages designed to support safe and reliable well operations across the field. The scope covers detailed engineering, fabrication, assembly, and configuration of WHCP systems comprising hydraulic power units, well control modules, accumulators, reservoirs, and hazardous-area-rated components. The solution includes both safety-critical HIPPS sour-service configurations with dedicated HIPPS valves, gas shutdown interfaces, and increased hydraulic capacity, as well as standard multi-well control panels, tailored to meet differing operational and risk requirements across the field. All systems will undergo full panel-level integration, internal testing, and client-witnessed FAT to validate hydraulic performance, control logic, and safety functionality prior to shipment.
