俄罗斯联邦政府与俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司签署联合开发俄罗斯石油生产设备协议

俄罗斯政府和俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司将联手开发用于陆地钻探和碳氢化合物生产的国产设备。相应的意向协议是在TNF工业和能源论坛框架内达成的,旨在确保俄罗斯石油和天然气工业的技术主权。该文件由俄罗斯联邦副总理亚历山大·诺瓦克和俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司总经理亚历山大·久科夫签署。

The Government of the Russian Federation and Gazprom Neft Signed an Agreement on the Joint Development of Russian Equipment for Oil Production

The Russian government and Gazprom Neft will join forces in the development of domestic equipment for drilling and hydrocarbon production on land. The corresponding agreement of intent was concluded within the framework of the TNF industrial and energy forum and is aimed at ensuring the technological sovereignty of the Russian oil and gas industry. The document was signed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak and General Director of Gazprom Neft Alexander Dyukov.

The agreement provides for the opportunity to participate in joint projects for other Russian oil companies, equipment developers and manufacturers, as well as organizations interested in the creation and development of domestic technologies.

Cooperation will be implemented in accordance with a roadmap that includes 19 technological areas, within which work will be carried out to create technologies and materials for the oil and gas industry.

Gazprom Neft will participate in attracting developers and other organizations to conduct research. The Government of the Russian Federation intends to provide comprehensive support for innovative projects, including through financial and regulatory mechanisms, improve the processes of standardization and technical regulation, and also coordinate the interaction of parties to the agreement.

“To develop Russian technologies, it is necessary to consolidate the efforts of the state, business, science and manufacturers. Today’s agreement opens up opportunities for all interested parties to join in solving the ambitious task of creating competitive domestic equipment for hydrocarbon production,” Alexander Novak, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.

“Our company has extensive experience in developing new technologies for drilling and hydrocarbon production. In partnership with Russian industrial enterprises, we are already creating effective solutions for working with hard-to-recover reserves, including in harsh Arctic conditions. The agreement signed today not only confirms Gazprom Neft’s status as a technological leader in the domestic oil industry, but also imposes corresponding obligations. We consider it important to share our competencies and provide support for promising Russian developments, including through guaranteed demand for them from Gazprom Neft. The creation of new types of Russian equipment for drilling and production contributes to solving the problem of achieving technological sovereignty of the Russian oil and gas industry,” Alexander Dyukov – General Director of Gazprom Neft.
