Baker Hughes was awarded two contracts from V氓r Energi in the North Sea for exploration logging, well intervention technology and subsea production systems, Baker Hughes announced Sept. 29.

The first contract, a nine-year engagement, enhances well intervention and exploration logging services for V氓r Energi, helping them further develop their prospects in the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

Baker Hughes鈥� second contract with V氓r Energi will deliver a bespoke Balder field vertical tree system, a Baker Hughes technology selected for the complexities of this field. The agreement spans 15 years, making it a trusted long-term future agreement in one of V氓r Energi鈥檚 core focus areas, the Balder field. The contract includes the support for existing Balder legacy wells and future developments in the Balder area.
