长城钻探创超小井眼侧钻水平段纪录

中国石油网讯(通讯员戴石磊王楠)6月25日,笔者获悉,长城钻探承担的苏10-51-X井侧钻水平段长1217米,创下了苏里格地区118毫米超小井径侧钻水平段最长纪录。

近年来,为应对苏里古致密气勘探开发面临的资源品质下降、单井产量下降的严峻挑战,长城钻探大力实施118毫米超小井径侧钻水平井,采用老井开窗、水平井侧钻技术,增加储层钻进长度,提高单井采油效率。

长城钻探统筹钻井、地质、录井、技术服务等多方资源,充分发挥地质工程一体化优势。施工过程中,应用控压钻井、微孔扩孔、井口防磨等技术,有效攻克了钻井环空压损大、难夹带砂岩、井内易漏失、易塌陷等技术难点。采用基于沉积旋回分析、单砂体配置的高精度三维储层描述技术,成功解决了河道快速三维变化引起的钻遇泥岩夹层难题,提高了地质三维模型的精度。钻井过程中,组建专家技术团队实时跟踪指导,两次及时调整轨迹,成功避开两层泥岩夹层。最终,完钻水平段长1217米,超出设计水平井段117米,砂岩钻遇率100%,为苏里格地区低品位油气资源高效开发奠定了坚实基础。

Great Wall Drilling Breaks the Record of Ultra-Small Borehole Sidetracking Horizontal Section

China Petroleum Network News (Correspondent Dai Shilei and Wang Nan) On June 25, the author learned that the horizontal section of the side drilling of the Su 10-51-X well undertaken by Great Wall Drilling is 1,217 meters long, breaking the record for the longest horizontal section of the side drilling of the ultra-small well diameter of 118 mm in the Sulige area.

In recent years, Great Wall Drilling has vigorously implemented 118mm ultra-small diameter side-drilling horizontal wells, used window opening in old wells and horizontal well side-drilling technology to increase reservoir drilling length and improve single-well oil recovery efficiency in order to meet the severe challenges of deteriorating resource quality and declining single-well production in the exploration and development of Surigu tight gas.

Great Wall Drilling coordinated multiple resources such as drilling, geology, logging, and technical services, giving full play to the advantages of geological engineering integration. During the construction, the controlled pressure drilling, micro-hole expansion, and wellhead anti-wear technologies were applied to effectively overcome the technical difficulties such as high pressure loss of the drilling annulus, difficulty in entraining sand and rock, and easy leakage and collapse in the well. The high-precision three-dimensional reservoir characterization technology based on sedimentary cycle analysis and single sand body configuration was used to successfully solve the problem of drilling mudstone interlayers caused by the rapid three-dimensional changes of the river channel, and improve the accuracy of the geological three-dimensional model. During the drilling process, an expert technical team was formed to track and guide in real time, and the trajectory was adjusted in time twice, successfully avoiding two mudstone interlayers. In the end, the horizontal section of the completed drilling was 1,217 meters long, exceeding the designed horizontal well section by 117 meters, and the sandstone drilling rate was 100%, laying a solid foundation for the efficient development of low-grade oil and gas resources in the Sulige area.
