SS4H 是 Shenandoah South 试点项目的第二口井，将使用 Helmerich & Payne ( H&P ) 超级规格 FlexRig Flex 3 钻机从与 Shenandoah S2-2H ST1 侧钻井相同的井场进行钻探。

据估计，SS4H 的钻探总测量深度为 20,669 英尺（6,300 米），其中包括约 10,000 英尺（3,000 米）的水平部分，目标是 Amungee 成员 B 页岩。

在 SS4H 井钻探之后，Liberty Energy将完成 SS-2H ST1 的 34 级增产工程和 SS4H 的 60 级增产工程。这两口井的增产工程预计将于 2025 年第一季度开始，预计在同一时期内实现 30 天的初始生产流量。

Falcon Australia 将继续参与 Shenandoah South 试点项目，其参与权益为 5%。

Falcon Oil & Gas and joint venture partner Tamboran spud a second well in the Beetaloo sub-basin in Australia, Falcon said Nov. 25.

Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. spudded the Shenandoah S2-4H (SS4H) horizontal well in exploration permit 98 in the Beetaloo sub-basin, Northern Territory, Australia with joint venture partner Tamboran Pty Ltd.

SS4H is the second well of the Shenandoah South Pilot Project and will be drilled from the same well pad as the Shenandoah S2-2H ST1 sidetrack well using the Helmerich & Payne (H&P) super-spec FlexRig Flex 3 rig.

SS4H is estimated to be drilled to a total measured depth of 20,669 ft (6,300 m) including a horizontal section of approximately 10,000 ft (3,000 m), targeting the Amungee Member B-shale.

Following the drilling of the SS4H well, Liberty Energy will complete the stimulation of the SS-2H ST1 with 34 stages and SS4H with 60 stages planned. Stimulation of both wells is expected to commence in first-quarter 2025 with 30-day initial production flow rates expected during the same period.

Falcon Australia will continue its participation in the Shenandoah South Pilot Project at its elected participating interest of 5%.

“The spudding of the SS4H horizontal well is an exciting next step in the development of the Beetaloo Sub-basin and we will look forward to updating the market as operations progress,” Falcon CEO Philip O’Quigley said.
