“KazMunayGas”NC JSC（KMG）与日本国家能源和金属公司（JOGMEC）签署了石油和天然气勘探和生产领域的合作备忘录。

该文件由 JSC NC KazMunayGas 董事会主席 Askhat Khasenov 和 JOGMEC 执行副总裁 Mori Hiroyuki 签署。

双方还同意KMG和JOGMEC之间建立合作，通过经验、知识和技术的交流来开发人员潜力。

"KazMunayGas" NC JSC (KMG) and Japan's National Energy Resources and Metals Corporation (JOGMEC) signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of oil and natural gas exploration and production.

The document was signed by Askhat Khasenov, Chairman of the Board of JSC NC KazMunayGas, and Mori Hiroyuki, Executive Vice President of JOGMEC.

"We believe that the aforementioned memorandum will give impetus to the strengthening of mutual relations between companies and open the way to new opportunities in the field of exploration and production of hydrocarbons," noted A. Khasenov.

The parties also agreed to establish cooperation between KMG and JOGMEC in the development of personnel potential through the exchange of experience, knowledge and technologies.
