总部位于巴黎的道达尔能源公司 8 月 29 日表示,该公司已启动一项浮动海上风电试点项目,为北海 Culzean 平台提供可再生能源。

该项目是一台 3 兆瓦的风力涡轮机,位于卡尔津天然气生产平台以西 2 公里处,预计将于 2025 年底全面投入运营。

TotalEnergies 表示,该项目将满足 Culzean 20% 的电力需求,并减少温室气体排放。涡轮机将安装在由海上公司 Ocergy 设计的模块化轻型半潜式浮式船体上。

该项目旨在展示海上设施的混合发电,即“将浮动风力涡轮机的可再生电力与现有的燃气涡轮机发电相结合。它还旨在为未来的浮动海上风力发电验证一种有前景的浮动设计”,TotalEnergies 首席技术官 Marie-Noelle Semeria 说道。

TotalEnergies Launches Wind Project to Power North Sea Platform

TotalEnergies’ floating offshore wind turbine will be located 2 km west of the Culzean gas production platform and is expected to be fully operational by year-end 2025.

TotalEnergies has launched a floating offshore wind pilot project to supply renewable energy to the Culzean platform in the North Sea, the Paris-based company said Aug. 29.

The project, a 3-megawatt wind turbine, will be located 2 km west of the Culzean gas production platform and is expected to be fully operational by year-end 2025.

The project will supply 20% of Culzean’s power requirements and reduce its greenhouse-gas emissions, TotalEnergies said. The turbine will be installed on a modular, light semi-submersible floater hull designed by offshore company Ocergy.

The project aims to demonstrate hybridization of power generation on an offshore facility, “by integrating the generation of renewable electricity from a floating wind turbine with the existing power generation from gas turbines. It also aims at qualifying a promising floater design for the future of floating offshore wind,” said Marie-Noelle Semeria, CTO at TotalEnergies.

This pilot project was selected in Crown Estate Scotland’s Innovation and Targeted Oil & Gas leasing round.
