Former Tailwater Capital managers have launched a new private equity firm, Endurance Investment Partners, and partnered with the Marcellus’ Rice family’s Rice Investment Group (RIG).
John Spradling, a former Tailwater managing director, and Trey Hatcher, a Tailwater principal, are Endurance’s co-founders. Spradling and Hatcher worked at NGP Energy Capital Management prior to Tailwater.
