卡塔尔能源公司与日本卡塔尔石油开发公司（QPD）续签了为期五年的协议，继续开发和生产位于卡塔尔国领海的 Al-Karkara 和 A-Structures 油田。

这项新协议于 2022 年 12 月 23 日生效，是继 1997 年 12 月签署的开发和生产共享协议之后的新协议。根据新协议，Cosmo E&P 和双日旗下的 QPD 将继续担任油田运营商。  

QatarEnergy has renewed a 5-year agreement with Japan’s Qatar Petroleum Development Co (QPD) for the continued development and production of the Al-Karkara and A-Structures oil fields, located in the territorial waters of the State of Qatar.

This new agreement, which commences on 23 December 2022, succeeds the development and production sharing agreement signed in December 1997. Under the new agreement, QPD, which is owned by Cosmo E&P and Sojitz, will continue to act as the operator of the oil fields.
