四川钻探长庆固井已完成任务一半

中国石油网讯(通讯员 李波)截至6月23日,四川石油钻井长庆固井公司累计完成固井5023口、1544口井,提前完成任务一半以上,为长庆地区油田上产提供了保障。

创新模式,服务油气成效突出。今年上半年,长庆固井坚持专业化发展、一体化保障,全面构建“市场+信息、技术、生产、装备、团队”六位一体营销模式,多维度加强市场管理,及时跟踪市场动态,为26个项目提供服务保障。采用“名单+专班子”的方式,服务页岩油、储气库、煤岩气水平井等重点工程和重点井,完善上下联动机制,发挥协同联保优势,制定跨区域一体化协同保障机制,发挥资源共享优势,屡创佳绩。5月9日,公司在80个有效天之内完成3000道固井作业,创下公司固井作业新纪录。

严控风险,让安全底色更加亮丽。公司按照“观念引领、行为形成、制度落实、文化熏陶”的总体思路,培育以“遵守、尊重、介入”为核心的水泥特色安全文化,牢牢抓住安全生产关键点,聚焦重点,落实“三控三必须”和“四全面四检查”管理要求,统筹推进运输、起重作业、重大隐患等6项专项整治活动,有力确保了安全生产15项硬措施落到实处。


优化工艺,科技引领,提升动能。公司以“为油田增长增动能”为使命,坚守固井质量红线,不断加强技术创新,推动技术进步,制定11项42项技术措施,成立6个技术质量推进小组,部署9个“卡颈”技术攻关项目,多措并举提升固井质量,形成了具有区域探井特色的固井工艺。今年公司高质量完成了西探1、米探5等多口复杂探井的固井施工任务,固井质量合格率100%,优质率92.5%。在技术质量保障工作中,公司实行“要素管理+环节管控”,以及日跟踪、周报、月考核质量动态预警诊断机制,实现施工设计、水泥配方、入井材料、流体质量、作业控制等全过程管控。

科技赋能,数字化固井开启新征程。公司推进自动化技术装备升级试验,推动远程操控水泥车、自动水泥头技术对接。开展高集成自动化固井干混系统、数字化指挥车系统集成优化研究。持续推进数字化固井中队建设,制定“334”数字化中队建设方案。新增“一键式”自动化固井设备,优化数据传输网络环境,围绕固井作业“两场一线”,打造“作业自动化、施工标准化、管理数据化、决策智能化”的三支数字化固井队伍。配置6辆“一键式”水泥车、2个移动数字化指挥中心,升级50台自动供水装置,实现从预混、预注液、前浆注浆、中浆注浆、尾浆注浆等远程“一键式”操控。同时实现现场作业“全覆盖、无死角”视频监控,充分发挥“一体化+全链条”服务优势,大幅提高固井生产自动化水平。

China Petroleum Network News (Correspondent Li Bo) As of June 23, Sichuan Petroleum Drilling Changqing Cementing Company has completed cementing 5,023 wells and 1,544 wells, achieving more than half of the task ahead of schedule, providing a guarantee for the production of oil fields in the Changqing area.

Innovative model, outstanding results in serving oil and gas. In the first half of this year, Changqing Cementing insisted on professional development and integrated guarantee, comprehensively built a "six-in-one" marketing model of "market + information, technology, production, equipment, team", strengthened market management in multiple dimensions, followed up market trends in a timely manner, and provided service guarantees for 26 projects. The "list + special team" approach is adopted to serve key projects and key wells such as shale oil, gas storage, and coal-rock gas horizontal wells, improve the linkage mechanism between upper and lower levels, give full play to the advantages of collaborative joint guarantee, formulate a cross-regional integrated collaborative guarantee mechanism, give full play to the advantages of resource sharing, and repeatedly create good results. On May 9, the company completed 3,000 cementing operations within 80 effective days, setting a new record for the company's cementing operations.

Strictly control risks, and make the safety background brighter. With the overall idea of ??"concept guidance, behavior formation, system implementation, and cultural edification", the company has cultivated a cementing-specific safety culture with "compliance, respect, and intervention" as the core, firmly grasped the key points of safe production, focused on key points, implemented the "three controls and three musts" and "four comprehensive and four inspections" management requirements, and coordinated the promotion of 6 special rectification activities such as transportation, hoisting operations, and major hidden dangers, effectively ensuring the implementation of 15 hard measures for safe production.


Optimize the process and lead with technology to enhance momentum. With the mission of "increasing momentum for oilfield growth", the company adheres to the red line of cementing quality, continuously strengthens technological innovation, promotes technological progress, formulates 11 technical measures with 42 items, establishes 6 technical quality promotion groups, deploys 9 "neck-stuck" technical research projects, and uses multiple methods to improve cementing quality, forming a cementing process with regional exploration well characteristics. This year, the company completed the cementing construction tasks of many complex exploration wells such as Xitan 1 and Mitan 5 with high quality, with a cementing quality qualification rate of 100% and a high-quality rate of 92.5%. In the technical quality support work, the company implements "element management + link control", as well as daily tracking, weekly reporting, and monthly assessment quality dynamic early warning and diagnosis mechanisms to achieve full process control of construction design, cement formula, well entry materials, fluid quality, and operation control.

Empowered by science and technology, digital cementing starts a new journey. The company promotes the automation technology and equipment upgrade test to promote the connection of remote control cement trucks and automatic cement head technology. Carry out research on high-integration automated cementing dry mixing system and digital command vehicle system integration optimization. Continue to promote the construction of digital cementing squadrons and formulate a "334" digital squadron construction plan. Add "one-click" automated cementing equipment, optimize the data transmission network environment, and build three digital cementing teams with "automated operation, standardized construction, data-based management, and intelligent decision-making" around the "two fields and one line" of cementing operations. Configure 6 "one-click" cement trucks, 2 mobile digital command centers, and upgrade 50 automatic water supply devices to achieve remote "one-click" control from premixing, pre-liquid injection, lead slurry injection, middle slurry injection, and tail slurry injection. At the same time, realize "full coverage, no dead angle" video monitoring of on-site operations, give full play to the "integration + full chain" service advantages, and greatly improve the automation of cementing production.
