During the final meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Minister Maxim Reshetnikov presented the President of the National Association of Oil and Gas Services, Viktor Khaikov, with a departmental award – the Minister’s Gratitude.
Gratitude was declared in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia dated February 15, 2024 No. 252-l for active participation in the activities of the Public Council under the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, as well as the work of the certification commissions of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.
The Public Council was created in order to exercise public control over the activities of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, including consideration of projects of socially significant regulatory legal acts being developed, participation in monitoring the quality of public services, implementation of the control function, the progress of anti-corruption and personnel work, assessing the effectiveness of procurement of goods, works, services to meet government needs, consideration of annual activity plans of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and reports on their implementation, as well as other issues provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Viktor Khaikov has been a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia since 2021, is the Chairman of the Commission on Investment Climate and Technological Development, Deputy Chairman of the Commission on Sustainable Development and the Commission on Foreign Economic Activity of the Public Council.
He is also a member of the certification commissions, including the central one, of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and took an active part in the certification of the suitability of more than five thousand employees of the ministry, including managers of the highest group of positions, for the positions being filled.
