Masirah Oil Limited has landed a contract for Northern Offshore’s Energy Emerger jackup drilling rig. It will perform a multi-well program in the offshore Yumna Field in Block 50 Oman. It will consist of the drilling and completion of a new infield well and the workover of two existing production wells.

The program is slated to begin in mid-March 2024.
