哈萨克斯坦国家石油天然气股份公司（KMG）董事会主席阿斯哈特·哈塞诺夫参加了第 29 届“土库曼斯坦石油和天然气”国际会议（OGT-2024）。

The Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan, heads of BP, S&P Global Platts, CNPC, Dragon Oil, representatives of the UN, UNDP, the US Department of Commerce and others took part in the event held in Ashgabat on October 25-25.

In his speech at the plenary session, A. Khasenov gave information about the potential of Kazakhstan's hydrocarbon resources fund and invited partners to jointly implement geological exploration projects.

The head of KMG also said that there is a task to increase the oil recovery rate in complex fields. Currently, KMG is introducing new methods of increasing oil production and is open to receiving proposals for exchange of experience and technologies to increase the oil production rate.

"We are also comprehensively developing oil and gas chemistry. For this, the government has created special conditions for investors. We invite foreign companies to jointly implement projects," he said.

In addition, the Chairman of the Board of KazMunayGas said that the Kazakh oil service has a lot of experience in the development of complex fields. Today, KMG Drilling & Services, a subsidiary of KMG, has joint ventures with leading international drilling companies such as Nabors Industries and Parker Wellbore.

It should be noted that KMG DS signed a contract with Dragon Oil to provide drilling services in the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea. Kazakhstan's self-elevating floating drilling rig "Satti" will be used for the first time at the Sheleken field.

Taking into account the successful experience of oil service services, the head of KMG suggested considering KazMunayGas as a partner providing well drilling, complex and underground repair services.

Summing up his speech, Askhat Khasenov emphasized the importance of conducting a constructive dialogue with all interested parties and expressed his readiness to exchange experience and technologies.

At the same time, within the framework of the forum, the head of KMG held talks with the heads of Turkmennebit, Turkmengaz, Dragon oil and CNPC companies.
