CAIRO, Egypt — Deepwater services and intervention specialist DeepTech has expanded its fleet with three work class ROVs, bringing its total number to 26 vehicles.

The Triton XLS ROVs operate at 150 horsepower and a depth rating of 3,000 m.

Expanding its business further in the Eastern Mediterranean, the company said the fleet includes MiniSpector mini-ROVs, which are designed and built in-house from its shared Innovation House, as well as work and inspection class ROVs.

The company is currently building a further two MiniSpector systems, which will bring its total of these mini-ROVs from eight to 10.

DeepTech forms part of the MCS Group, which is an underwater technology solutions company that consists of three technology-focused and complimentary businesses: MCS, DeepTech and Cortez Subsea.
