The technical and engineering personnel of the Iraqi Drilling Company completed drilling the ZB-550 oil well, with a depth of 2419 metres, within the contract concluded with the Italian company ENI to drill 37 oil wells in the Zubair oil field in Basra Governorate.
The company also completed drilling the BUCS-147 well in the Bazargan oil field in Maysan Governorate, with a depth of 3,371 meters, as part of a project to drill 22 oil wells in the Maysan fields For the benefit of the Chinese company CNOOC.
