Gimi FLNG船

根据 1 月 2 日该公司的新闻稿，bp已在毛里塔尼亚和塞内加尔近海的大托尔图艾哈迈因 (GTA) 第一阶段液化天然气开发项目中生产出第一批天然气。

据合作伙伴Kosmos Energy称，天然气正流向 FPSO，该 FPSO 应于本季度晚些时候交付第一批液化天然气。

开发水深范围从浅层至油藏上方 2,850 米，距离海岸 120 公里。第一阶段采用四口井海底生产系统。

该浮式生产储油船停泊在距海岸约 40 公里处，设计用于处理超过 5 亿立方英尺/天的天然气，并配有去除水、凝析油和杂质的设施。

经过处理后，天然气将通过海底管道输送至 Golar LNG 拥有和运营的FLNG Gimi，该船位于离岸 10 公里处的混凝土防波堤后面。在这里，天然气将经过低温冷却、液化和储存，然后卸载到液化天然气运输船上出口。

不过，部分产量将留作毛里塔尼亚和塞内加尔当地需求。一旦设施全面投入使用，bp 预计 GTA 一期项目每年将生产约 230 万吨液化天然气。

bp has produced first gas from the Greater Tortue Ahmeyim (GTA) Phase 1 LNG development offshore Mauritania and Senegal, according to a Jan. 2 company press release.

The gas is flowing to the FPSO, which should deliver the first cargo of LNG later this quarter, according to partner Kosmos Energy.

Water depths for the development range from shallow to 2,850 m above the reservoirs, 120 km offshore. Phase 1 features a four-well subsea production system.

The FPSO, moored roughly 40 km from the coast, is designed to process more than 500 MMcf/d of gas, with facilities for stripping out the water, condensate and impurities.

Post-treatment, the gas will head through a subsea pipeline to the Golar LNG-owned and operated FLNG Gimi, stationed 10 km offshore behind a concrete breakwater. Here, the gas will undergo cryogenic cooling, liquefaction and storage before being offloaded to LNG carriers for export.

However, some volumes will be set aside for local needs in Mauritania and Senegal. Once the facilities are fully commissioned, bp expects GTA Phase 1 to produce about 2.3 MMmt/year of LNG.

State-owned PETROSEN and SMH are the other co-venturers.
