Tallgrass Energy is betting on a future pathway for U.S. energy that says a lot about the Permian and the upper east-to-west corridor of the Lower 48.
The company announced a pipeline project connecting the Permian Basin to the Rockies Express Pipeline (REX) in May, already backed by enough anchor shipper precedent agreements to justify its construction.
The as-yet-unnamed pipeline is a major move in the midstream environment pointing to future development in the movement of natural gas.
